Our bodies need a balanced diet to work properly. Good health involves drinking enough water and eating the right amount of items from the main food groups. Your learning log task is to create a double page to: explain and illustrate the main food groups, to describe the function they perform for our bodies and to record which foods provide them. Remember to include plenty of colourful illustrations and diagrams to help with your explanations.

Present your work neatly and carefully - produce work you are proud of.
